These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the NEV2R3D website (nev2r3d.com) and the NEV to R3D Batch Converter tool ("Service") operated by NEV2R3D ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

NEV2R3D provides a browser-based batch file converter that renames Nikon Z .NEV raw video files to .R3D format. The tool runs entirely in your web browser and does not upload, transmit, or store any of your files on our servers.

2. Account & Purchase

• You must create an account with a valid email address to use the converter tool.
• The Service is available as a one-time purchase. After payment, your account is granted lifetime access to the converter tool.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each purchase is for a single user. Account sharing is not permitted.
• Only one active session is allowed per account at a time.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Your purchase price is locked at the time of payment.
• Since the Service is delivered instantly as a digital product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. File Processing Disclaimer

The converter tool renames your original .NEV files to .R3D by changing the file extension. This operation modifies your original files. We strongly recommend backing up your files before using the converter. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the tool.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NEV2R3D and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NEV2R3D is not affiliated with Nikon Corporation or RED Digital Cinema. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss from file conversion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
